Please find below the overview, timetable and resources for this week.
The weekly timetable is purely a guide so please complete the activities at a pace that is best suited to you and your child.
Hello Beech Class,
I hope that you and your families are all well and have had a restful, safe and fun half term. We were extremely lucky with the warm sunshine, so I hope that some of you have been able to visit a relative or family friend who you have been missing. I visited my grandma and had a 2metre picnic in her front garden. It has been so lovely to see loved ones face to face at a 2m distance but let’s hope that it isn’t too long until we can give them a big hug!
This week we start our new whole class book ‘Meerkat Mail’ by Emily Gravett. Some of you may already have this book at home. If you do, have a go at reading it to a family member and listen to the story on YouTube using the link below.
This week is Bike Week 2020 (6th-14th June). Take part by riding your bike as many times as you can throughout the week. I know that since the start of lockdown, a few of you have mastered riding your bike without stabilisers! Go to https://www.cyclinguk.org/bikeweek for more information on how to take part. Share your bike week photos via email or put them on our class twitter page @Beechbv using #BikeWeekUK and #7DaysofCycling.
Don’t forget to log onto TTRockStars this week to add points to this week’s battle, Our Class V Mr Booth’s Sycamore Class. I know that you can win this!
Missing you all,
Take care and keep safe,
