School Council

Here at Buckton Vale we want to make our school a place where every child can have a voice and have their opinions and suggestions heard. The aim of the school council is to ensure that we continue to develop and improve our school with the help of our children.

The school council is made up of two representatives from each class. These children provide a voice for their peers and bring ideas and suggestions to school council meetings.

The school council meets regularly with Miss Ingram to discuss new ideas and they aim to uphold as many suggestions as possible.

If you have any ideas or suggestions about how to further improve our school, please let us know

Sports Council

At Buckton Vale Primary School we are enthusiastic about sport. We enjoy taking part in many different sporting events outside of school including football, basketball, swimming, athletics. We currently have a GOLD award in Active Sports that we are incredibly proud of.

Each of the classes have elected two sports council representatives who meet on a regular basis with our PE lead. The children of the sports council are all enthusiastic about sport and exercise. Their aim is to help in developing sport and PE at Buckton Vale and each child is a great role model for sporting behaviour. If you have any suggestions, please speak to your class representatives.
