At Buckton Vale we follow the Kapow programme of study for PSHE.
It is a comprehensive scheme of work which meets all elements of the National Curriculum along with enabling children to develop a readiness for the wider world. We equip children with the skills and knowledge to navigate the challenges presented as they move through life. We use the zones of regulation to teach children the skill of self-regulation, with a strong focus on developing an understanding of their own and other people’s emotions and how these can impact on the choices we make
